Aeroflex Incorporated Completes Previously Announced Acquisition of Willtek Communications

PLAINVIEW, N.Y., May 11, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Aeroflex Incorporated (the "Company" or "Aeroflex") announced today the closing of its previously announced acquisition of substantially all of the operating assets of Willtek Communications ("Willtek"), from Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. for $2,750,000 in cash and the assumption of certain liabilities.
